We know the vice “commander” won’t be meeting with Kim’s sister and definitely not alone, just in case she would succumb to his manly charms.
He and Kim Yong-nam from the North were being hosted by South Korean President Moon Jae-in before the opening ceremony in Pyeongchang. He left after five minutes. Why not use this opportunity to look for common interests and possibly a thaw in the bellicose relationship? Meanwhile at the event Moon said he hoped the Winter Olympics would be remembered as the “day peace began” and is due to meet the North Korean delegation for talks on Saturday. The Korean peninsula has been divided since the 1950-53 war and the two sides have never signed a peace treaty.
The Korea’s are leaving the petulant vice “commander” behind!
It is all so appalling. Nothing good coming out of our elected officials of the Republican persuasion, and everything careless and downright stupid, arrogant and wrong.
We need at least two parties and we need some integrity.
